NHEA Constitution
At the 3rd Annual NHEA Convention in 2002, a vote to ratify the NHEA Constitution was conducted with a majority of members voting in favor of ratifying the constitution. At the 5th Annual NHEA Convention in 2004, amendments were passed to the constitution. The full text of the constitution can be viewed at this site.
